Team Taranto is proudly celebrating 25 years of innovation, partnership, and progress in parking enforcement solutions.
From our early days in 2000, to becoming a trusted provider for local authorities, parking operators, fleet companies and service providers, across the UK, our journey has been powered by technology, teamwork and tenacity.
We’re extremely proud of the work we do to help keep communities moving and delivering fair, efficient enforcement. But most of all, we’re proud of our people – the dedicated Taranto team, and the clients and partners who have joined us on this journey.

On June 25th, we celebrated the past, present and future of Taranto.
The day was filled with energy, laughter, and a strong sense of camaraderie, marking not just the company’s longevity but the spirit of collaboration and innovation that has driven our success.
Since 2000, Taranto has grown into a leading provider of parking enforcement and traffic management solutions, supporting local authorities, car park operators, fleet companies and enforcement partners across the UK. The anniversary event was a chance to reflect on everything we’ve achieved – from pioneering system developments to helping our clients modernise enforcement services. But more than that, it was a celebration of the people behind the progress.
A Day of Connection and Competition
The celebrations were designed to reflect the values that have made Taranto a success: Teamwork; creativity and shared purpose. Colleagues from across the business participated in a fun and engaging programme of activities, encouraging collaboration and friendly competition.
Highlights of the day included:
- A scavenger hunt across Liverpool city centre, where teams raced to complete challenges – showcasing not just competitive spirit, but impressive general knowledge and observation skills!
- The spaghetti and marshmallow tower challenge, testing our engineering skills and proving that structural integrity and sticky fingers do not always go hand in hand.
- A hilarious round of ‘Guess the Baby Photo’, where we got to see a different side of our colleagues — and noted that some faces really haven’t changed much!
- A general knowledge quiz that brought out everyone’s inner trivia expert, capping off the day with some lively team banter.
Supporting a Cause Close to Our Hearts
In true Taranto fashion, the celebration also included an opportunity to give back. Our prize raffle raised more than £800 for our corporate charity, Blood Cancer UK, thanks to the generosity of our team and sponsors. Lucky winners took home a selection of brilliant prizes, including a £100 John Lewis voucher (kindly donated by Cala Group), £30 Marks & Spencer voucher, £75 Odeon Voucher and more.
Looking Back — and Ahead
Taranto’s 25th anniversary was more than just a party; it was a celebration of shared success – of partnerships with our clients, the dedication of our employees, and our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that make a difference in the communities we serve.
